These terms apply to mobileservice-pro.com and to all programs sold by Mobile Service Pro, a business of Next Level Leadership LLC ("we" or "us"). By using our website or buying a program, you agree to these terms.
PROGRAMS AND PAYMENT
The Mobile Service Bootcamp is a 12-month program. You can pay $2,500 up front, or $250 per month for 12 months. If you choose monthly payments, you agree to make all 12 payments, even if you stop using the program early. Monthly payments are charged automatically to your card on file.
NO REFUNDS
All sales are final. Because you get access to our training as soon as you join, we do not offer full or partial refunds once your access begins.
MISSED PAYMENTS
If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it is paid. The rest of your 12-month commitment is still owed.
COURSE ACCESS
Training modules are released over time during your program. Your access is for you and your dealership team only. Do not share your login, and do not copy, resell, or post our content anywhere.
OUR CONTENT
All training videos, workbooks, guides, and materials belong to Mobile Service Pro. You may use them to run your own dealership's mobile service program. You may not copy or share them without our written permission.
RESULTS
We share what has worked for us, but every dealership is different. We do not promise any specific results, sales, or growth.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
Our total liability to you will not be more than the amount you paid us. We are not responsible for indirect damages or lost profits.
ENDING ACCESS
We may end access for anyone who breaks these terms. Any unpaid balance is still owed.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in St. Johns County, Florida.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
